 Can you help me?

I need some tips for Jr. high like what to expect or what I need to buy (and btw piper, post its are on the list) or what to say to other kids when I meet them for the first time. (I always embarass myself) I am SSSSSOOOOOOOOO scared, that the shcool year isn't even over and I am already planning for JH.
